These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Cyzentra Inc's subscription-based software platform, websites, and related services. By using Cyzentra, customers agree to these terms.

2. Services

Cyzentra provides AI-assisted productivity and workflow software, including content drafting, document processing, customer support assistance, business automation templates, and related digital tools.

3. Subscription billing

Customers may purchase monthly or annual subscriptions. Fees, plan features, and usage limits are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

4. Acceptable use

Customers may not use Cyzentra for illegal activity, fraud, spam, infringement, malware, harassment, adult exploitation, gambling, cryptocurrency trading, investment advice, lending, money transmission, or regulated financial services.

5. Third-party infrastructure

Cyzentra may use cloud hosting providers, software vendors, and AI API providers as technical infrastructure. Customers do not receive third-party platform accounts, official memberships, or account resale services through Cyzentra.

6. Customer content

Customers are responsible for the content they submit and generate through the platform. Customers must have the rights and permissions required to use submitted materials.

7. Cancellation

Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, subject to the refund policy.
