Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription cancellation
Customers may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access may remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.
2. Refund eligibility
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase if the service was not materially used or if a billing error occurred. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
3. Non-refundable items
Renewal charges, add-on usage, custom setup work, and subscriptions with significant platform usage are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and card issuer.
